Google Keep
Need to remember something?  Write it down!  Ran out of space on the back of the hand long ago? A sticky note!  Oh but that's stuck on your fridge and you can't see it when out and about!  Google Keeps allows you to take notes, write lists, annotate photos and you can even speak your note and Google Keep will transcribe it for you and Google Keep will sync these to Google Drive so you can get them on all your devices.

What is Google Keep for?

Google created Keep to try and help solve that problem of where to store your important tasks, thoughts and things to do.

What can you do with Google Keep?

Google Keep does not come just as a web app but also a free easy-to-use app for your Android smartphone (Google Keep in the Google Play Store for devices running Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich and above). This allows you to easily drag your notes around to change the priority, add colour to give meaning and tick off those completed tasks you need to get done.

What if I don't have an Android Smartphone?

You can access Google Keep via Google Drive at http://drive.google.com/keep or you can install the Google Chrome packaged web app, Google Keep in the Chrome Web Store.
