1. Hover to the Template Gallery option in your new Google Sites and then select the your domain name section to define the custom template for your new Google Site.

2. Once define the Custom Template users from your domain account can easily access the same template while making a new Google Site in order to follow the same design and structure.

3. You can also use any existing site as a template and select the option Submit a copy of this file instead of the original in order to preserve your existing site and at the same creating a new custom template in your Google Sites.

4. Now easy for you to maintain the Branding of your organisation without wasting more time on formatting and structuring your sites.
