The Portland Trust needed help on standardising on a cloud-based platform and move away from expensive server-based systems. The Portland Trust had a combination of an Azure Server, Office 365 and SharePoint (a hybrid cloud system) but collaboration between the international teams was almost non-existent and needed solutions to their frustrations.
We migrated the trust to Google Workspace for Nonprofits and trained them on how to collaborate effectively: we continue to provide ongoing, end-user support to continually improve Google Workspace usage.

This gave the opportunity to integrate Salesforce into Google Workspace and reap the benefits of 100% cloud for all their systems.
We then set about a wholesale Google Workspace migration and training with enhanced Salesforce integration for users based in Europe and Australasia.

Stadium Residential were instrumental in the building or the new Arsenal Emirates Stadium. To meet Stadium Residential's growth plans they looked to the power of the Google cloud to allow their staff to work anytime, any where and reduce the rekeying of information. After a comprehensive demonstration and test the Steegle Team audited the files and systems; prepared new hardware; and then migrated the data. Both old and new systems were run in parallel and after our friendly training the staff cutover to the new Google systems. Finally the Steegle Team were on hand to support migration and setup smartphone and tablet devices.

The Steegle team helped plan a migration to Google Workspace for over 400 users. We first audited their legacy systems, introduced and demoed Google Workspace and worked directly with Google in Ireland to help the Southbank Centre determine whether Google Workspace was the right solution for them. Once the decision was made the Steegle team assisted The Southbank Centre IT team to migrate the users to the cloud, including their mail, calendars, contacts and documents.
