On the Insert panel on the right, look under content blacks section
Use the Spacer option.
Move the spacer to the correct place on the page
Adjust the height of the spacer as required
The spacer provides an invisible element with a fixed height within the site content. This means you can set a specific height between tiles, such as text boxes and images to give better alignment.
