Make an image a link to another Google Site page, Google Drive item or another website in new Google Sites

Select the image (i.e. click on the image)
Use the Insert link button on the image toolbar that appears (looks like a link in a chain)
Enter the link by either:
Search for or choose the page from This site to link to
Search for items in Google Drive (see Link to Drive items)
Type or paste a web address (URL)
Use the Apply button
Select the image (i.e. click on the image)
Use the Edit link button on the link that appears (looks like a pencil)
Change the link as described above
Use the Apply button
Select the image (i.e. click on the image)
Use the Remove button on the link that appears (looks like a trash can or rubbish bin)
