Working with External Partners: In a previous project at Steegle, we created a ticketing system using AppSheet that needed to be transferred to a client's Google account. After the client took a copy of the AppSheet app, we encountered an issue where email automation wasn’t sending emails to external users because AppSheet Core Security was enabled. To fix this, we had to turn OFF the security setting.
Following Rules and Regulations: Instead of turning OFF AppSheet Core Security, you can create accounts with associated AppSheet Core licenses within your Google Workspace domain. This way, you maintain security while still granting them access to your AppSheet Apps.
Log into Google Admin Console: Sign in as a Super admin at admin.google.com.
Find App Settings: Go to Apps > Google Workspace > Settings for AppSheet.
Change Security Settings: Choose either Turn ON AppSheet Core security or Turn OFF AppSheet Core security, depending on what your organization needs.
Save Your Changes: Make sure to save any changes you make.
