Insert Social Links - Google Sites
Add social links to highlight your social media presence and insert and style social links to match your look and feel

Add Social Links
Open the Insert panel
Use the Social Links option
Specify the Social Link by entering the URL to a website (web address) you want to link to.
You can upload from your computer, or select from Google Drive etc, your own icon, using the plus icon button. Alternatively Google sites will automatically assign an icon if the social media platform provides one.
You can choose the desired icon size, shape, style, color, and alignment that you want.
You have the option to include multiple social links within a single box, or keep each link in its own box.
Move and customize the social links as required
Icon Size
Google Sites offers different Sizes for Social Links. Each collection of icons can use these sizes:
Small
Medium

Icon Shape
Google Sites offers different Shapes for Social Links. Each collection of icon can use these shapes:
No shape
Circle
Square
Icon Shape Examples

No shape:
If you select "No shape," you won't be able to customize the style of the icon for your chosen link. However, if you choose "Circle" or "Square," you will have the option to style the icon.

Google Sites offers different Styles for Social Links. Each collection of icon can use these styles if you select "Circle" or "Square":

Icon Colour
Google Sites offers different Colour for Social links. Each icon can use these colour:
Coloured (original colour of that icon)
Black
White
Grey

Icon Alignment
You have the flexibility to Align the icon in four different ways:
Left - aligns the icon to the left side.
Center - centrally aligns the icon.
Right - aligns the icon to the right side.
Justified - expands the icon's width to fit vertically-grouped tiles and centers the icon within the expanded space.
