Multi-Monitor Support Now Available in Google Slides

Starting on September 16, 2024, Google Slides is introducing multi-monitor support to enhance your presentation experience. With this feature, presenters can now manage Presentation View components like speaker notes, a timer, and other controls on one screen, while the main slide deck is displayed on a connected external monitor or projector.

This update is designed to give presenters greater confidence and control during presentations, especially in multi-monitor setups. You can manage and view key presentation tools without disrupting the audience's view of your slides.

Key Details:

• No admin control is needed for this feature.

• Users can enable this by adjusting Presentation display options.

• The gradual rollout will begin on September 16 for Rapid Release domains, and on September 30 for Scheduled Release domains.

• This update is available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual Subscribers, and users with personal Google accounts.
