The Springboard apps page covers all the essential and day-to-day working apps of your company under one single roof to easily access.
The page contains Google Workspace apps front and center like Doc, Mail, Calendar, etc. The quick links buttons for third-party apps like Slack, confluence, payroll, etc.
The More Apps button takes you to the Apps Locker where you can get more Google Workspace apps and more quick links to those third-party apps.
These are the same apps for all users and is not personalised for the user that's signed in. These apps should be the apps that everyone can access.
The quick links section showcases all the Google Workspace tools buttons and all the third-party apps buttons in one place. This act as a apps directory for all employees to easily access the tools.
The Approved Services page enlists all the authorised third-party services link buttons. Teams can collectively keep all the portal and services links under this page for ease of access and use.
